I cannot tell you how much I love sneaking a peek into other families Christmases. We joined these guys at their get-together at the Grandparents’ house for some relaxed family photos.
I don’t think this gang would count replacing fence panels as part of their tradition, but since that’s what the men were up to when we arrived that’s where our photos start. I’m sure there’s some sort of New Year, New Fence motivational poster to be made.
If you’d like to give the gift of family photos you can download a voucher from our shop.
These little cousins were so sweet in their accidentally matching Christmas outfits. Nom caught them sneaking into the room where their presents were hiding, just to look at the pile of wrapped gifts.
We all ventured out to the park behind the house for some fresh air and fun. I love that we got the Grandparents with their arms full of little ones. They’re not super keen on being in front of the camera but they are the sweetest Grandparents so these are some of my favourite pictures.
When everyone started to get peckish we went back into the warm to put the kettle on and raid the biscuit box.
We loved seeing the kids together of course, but I’m really glad we got to sneak some pictures of the little ones with their Aunts and Uncles. These guys have a lot of fun together.
These are the faces Mums make when they see the toddler grab the whole box of biscuits to help himself. He didn’t get far but we respect him for trying!
Isn’t it fun to see these guys having their lunch on the picnic blanket. These little insights into family magic always make us snap a heap of photos. I hope the kids will one day reminisce about that sweet set up at their Grandparents’ house… and the optimistic dog who kept a watchful eye on the crumbs.
