Guess what- there was dancing at this wedding on Saturday (it may have even made me a little teary to see everyone pack the dancefloor and ceilidh their socks off). Milton End Farm was a great venue for this relaxed family wedding. There were sweet little ones running around, dogs and plenty of farm animals to say hello to.

Their handfasting in the barn was full of precious details. The amazing Alex Chapman played as the bridal party entered, including Richard and Elle’s sweet baby boy. Elle walked down the aisle with her Dad, to her Mum who was conducting the ceremony. I loved hearing a little girl whisper “Why are you crying Daddy?”, he wasn’t the only one.

These are our new favourite doughnuts - I knew we could trust Elle’s recommendation of Pippin Doughnuts. Well worth a visit if you’re anywhere nearby.

The kids were loving the dancefloor almost as much as the adults. it was so good to be back with live music and exuberant dancing. There’s a lot of catching up to do.
