Rosa Cookery School

Oh Boy do we love our job!
We had the immense pleasure of a sneak preview taster day at the brand-new Rosa Cookery School, (in Sutton Coldfield, just down the road from us). We snapped away while Adele guided her pupils through baking bread and making pasta.

And we got to taste-test all of it.

We've got to mention (because we think its a crazy good deal) Rosa Cookery School are putting on special Italian Christmas Cookery Evening- if you're local check it out. It's a bargain at just £20, you'll get to make some, try some and take some home. More info & bookings here.

Takes: 30 mins Serves 4

Pizza with a 15 minute dough- use whatever toppings you have around. Use a George Foreman Grill to pre-cook the ingredients for the topping and bake the dough. We used the smallest size, which is good for individual pizzas, but if you have a bigger grill you could use half the dough to make a larger pizza.

Ingredients

Make the dough

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water and leave to stand until creamy, about 10 minutes. Stir in the flour, salt and oil until smooth. Allow to stand for 5 minutes, then place onto a floured surface and cut into 4 pieces.

Prepare the toppings

Mix the ingredients for the sauce together. Chop and prepare the toppings, grilling those that need it.

Bake

Take the first ball of dough, shape to fill the grill and brush with a little oil. Place onto the grill, prop the lid slightly higher than the dough using a mug. Bake until bottom side is cooked.  Brush top with oil then turn over and put sauce and toppings on. Lower the lid and cook until cheese is melted and dough on the underside is cooked.

Repeat with three remaining balls of dough.
