FRANCESCO AND GRACE’S WEDDING

We love it when all the parts of a wedding are in the same place, it makes it so much easier for everyone to relax and enjoy the whole day. The Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel was the perfect setting for Grace and Francesco’s wedding from getting ready right through to the last dance.

Grace and Francesco got ready in separate rooms at the hotel. Grace had her bridesmaids, flower girl and Aunty Lynne with her and they were all pampered by Harper and Wayne (their hair and make up dream team).

The guys had business to attend to greeting the guests as they arrived for the day. But they did manage to fit in a couple of drinks to calm the nerves.

The main room looked incredible with trees and hundreds of candles from the Blossom Co. Rebecca was setting the mood with beautiful music on violin. The room filled up with guests and the hum of excitement as Grace finished getting ready. Her Dad arrived and they walked down with all her girls, all the way to the top of the aisle where he gave her hand to Francesco. It was a magical ceremony surrounded by flickering candles and friends watching quietly.

Once the paperwork was complete the new Mr and Mrs walked out to much applause and greeted all their guests with champagne in hand. We gathered everyone together for confetti and photos before wizzing off in a snazzy golf buggy for some photos of the couple.

When we got back the room had been transformed with more blossom and tables ready for the wedding breakfast. Francesco and Grace took their seats at the top table and dinner was served. Guests tucked into their food and chatted happily. There were a few more nerves for the top table as Grace’s Dad, the Best Man and Francesco got ready to make their speeches, which they did beautifully.

The room had one last transformation into evening mode, with the dance floor and candles twinkling in the dark. Guests gathered round to watch G&F cut their cake and have their first dance. Lots of friends joined on the dance floor to finish the first dance and get the party started. Grace had a special tune lined up to dance with her Dad. Between all the dancing there were breaks to chat and pop outside for cigars.
