Karen and Matthew’s WEDDING at Grafton Manor
This wedding was a beautiful blend of traditions, with the backdrop of Grafton Manor in Bromsgrove.

Karen got ready on site with two bridesmaids and her hair and makeup team. Family popped in to see how everything was going.
Matthew and his groomsmen had some set up in the marquee to do when they arrived to make sure everything was perfect. There was time for a few photos of them together as well.

The ceremony took place upstairs in front of a beautiful old window. Karen’s Dad walked her down the aisle and gave her away. And after the vows, it was sweet to see their friends grabbing a photo with them after signing the register.
We all headed downstairs for arrival drinks and group photos out in the grounds. Karen & Matty took a wander in the gardens and by the lake for some couple photos before going back to join the crowd.

The bridal party made a big entrance into the marquee with the string quartet playing. Then it was time for the meal and speeches.
Karen and Matty went to each table in turn to raise a toast and raise a glass. Then Karen changed into her evening dress for the tea ceremony.
This was our first tea ceremony and a great introduction of this tradition to bless the bride and groom. There were so many good wishes and gifts!
Next it was time to cut the cake. Can we say a huge thank you to Chitty Cakes who stepped in last minute and made the cake, it looked exactly how Karen hoped.
Karen and Matty had their first dance and the rest of their friends joined in for the party. These guys know how to get the dancing going. The photo booth was right next to the action so it was busy too.
Grafton Manor served up a BBQ, which was delicious. And Matty opened a special bottle of brandy from his collection to enjoy with his friends.
