Rachel & jody’S WEDDING at Birmingham register office
Rachel and Jody wanted to get married for their children. They made sure the kids were involved in the ceremony: walking down the aisle in the procession and being the ring security team.
It was just a couple of hours of coverage with these guys but we had a lot of fun. It was lovely to meet them all. They had an intimate ceremony in a small room at the Birmingham Register Office.
Outside guests threw confetti and we snuck in a few group photos in the courtyard before wandering round to the canal for a few of them and children.
They waved the kids off in a taxi with the grandparents and that gave us some time for photos of the two of them before they made their way over to the wedding reception. They partied at Goals in Perry Bar, which is the perfect spot for the kids to have a fun evening and the grown-ups not to have to worry about them.
