The lovely Kerri and Pawl had a full metal wedding with their kids, family, friends and bandmates at Pendrell Hall in Wolverhampton.
They never wanted to get married but it all changed when Pawl drunkenly proposed at a party, dressed as Deadpool, egged on by his mates.
Kerri warned us Pawl would be silly and just muck around, and we're so pleased she was right. We loved working with these two! They refused to take anything too seriously.

This wedding was full of characters, all of their favourite people are wild and they all turned out to be fully invested in these two on their wedding day. The day started off strong when Bez the drummer marched into Pendrell Hall with a box of Budweiser and a big grin on his face.
Upstairs Keri got ready in the big bridal suite with views across the nearby field. K&P’s daughter Aurora, who was excited to spot sheep out of the window and enjoying getting ready with the rest of the girls.

Keri and Pawl tied the knot in a gorgeous wood-panelled room at Pendrell Hall. Kerri had been keeping her cool all morning but the emotions won once she reached the aisle. Pawl was obviously blown away and they met with a cute snuggle at the top of the aisle. They made it through their vows and signed to make it all legal.
After the ceremony, we took the bridal party along the woodland path in the grounds of Pendrell. We love their nonsense vibes. The session was pure sillyness, with lots of swearing, wrestler impressions and general mucking around from the bridesmaids and groomsmen. It’s a treat for us to photograph groups with such a fun dynamic. It felt more like a band photo shoot than a wedding!

We got rid of the gang so Keri and Pawl could have some couple’s shots. The two of them cuddled up and we got to feature Keri’s incredible embroidered leather jacket. We kept the session brief so Keri and Pawl could go back and enjoy time with their guests.

They got a big noisy welcome into the room for the start of the meal and took their seats at the top table with their kids.
The wedding favors were colouring-in iced biscuits which were a big hit. Guests got creative with the decoration and things got competitive. There were free-range kids running wild, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. The big lawn at Pendrell was perfect for them to let off a little energy while the adults were chatting and finishing their meals.
Pawl’s son and Pawl’s bandmate were joint best men and did their own speeches. How sweet is that! We had a laugh at stories of more of drunk Pawl’s silly antics.
There’s a generous-sized dance floor at Pendrell which was perfect for a big group photo of everyone once the evening guests had arrived. This got everyone in the right place to get partying. Before long Aurora was on the dance floor in her PJs and families were showing off some serious dance skills. (Shout out to a family of evening guests who were incredible with their country dancing to Tell Me Ma).
