We love that these two chose their church, St John's Harborne for the wedding ceremony. It's a great space and the team there are super kind.
WEDDING MORNING PREPARATIONS AT HOME
Helena and her girls got ready at home. We managed to arrive at the same time as Malc’s sister who was their wedding florist!
They had a huge tub of sweets to snack on while they put the finishing touches to each other’s hair with tiny flowers.
It's lovely to be at a wedding with our previous wedding couples, especially when they get to be bridesmaid. It was great to see Sarah again after photographing her wedding in March.
Malc headed over to the church to met the guys when they arrived. Everything was looking good with their wedding bunting strung up.

Please can more weddings have a table of chocolate at the back of the ceremony? What's not to love about that!
It was a beautiful service with a couple of readings and plenty of singing. Their multi talented Vicar delivered the preach then stepped over the stage to join the band.
We took candid pictures as they signed the register then after the final blessing the bridal party processed out and the rest of the guests made their way to the stage for a group photo of everyone who’d come along. We took a photo of each of the extended families which helped make the logisitics easier later in the day.

Her brother gave them a lift over to the golf club. We took the chance to get some couples photos as their guests traveled over. There’s beautiful greenery around the golf course which was a nice spot for Helena and Josh to have a quiet moment together.
They joined the guests as they started to arrive. There were kots of lawn games to play with a glass of bubbly in hand, which is always nice. And it was fun to see everyone mixing.
Inside the room was decorated with sweet flower posies on the table and a table of cakes. They saved some money by buying a birthday cake, which I think looked really good!
Over dinner, we sat with their siblings and got to hear some funny family stories. Then it was time for the speeches from her Dad, the best men and bridesmaids. With the bride and groom finishing the set.
We were allowed on the golf course after the golfers had gone home. So we made our way over for some evening pictures by the lake.
With the evening guests to boost the numbers it was time to get the disco going. There were all ages on the dancefloor, which is always sweet to see. Everyone got involved in the photo booth too! It had its own little room by the bar, so people could come to watch each other taking pictures and take a moment to leave a message in the guest book.
