Ben & Victoria’s WEDDING

Ben and Victoria finally got married on 1st October 2021. They’d first got in touch with us way back in 2018, and went through a couple of 2020 wedding dates before the stars finally aligned for them to get married at Bordesley Park in the Autumn of 2021. It was extra special that they were expecting and their daughter Robin was born just a few weeks later.

Victoria got ready with her bridesmaids and the mums in the Abbey Hotel, which is really close to the venue. She had a gorgeous room with a balcony looking over the golf course.

Malc met Ben in the barn at the venue as the guests arrived. They all headed to Bordesley’s Tudor Barn for the wedding ceremony.

Ben seemed a little nervous waiting, so it was wonderful to see Vicki walking down the aisle with her Dad. The ceremony was short and sweet with these two signing the schedule then heading out into the Autumn sunshine. We gathered all the guests on the lawn for a confetti tunnel and some relaxed group photos.

Then we all wandered back over to the barn for drinks and chatting before the wedding breakfast.

We took a few minutes away from the guests for photos of Ben & Vicki. Vicki had a rough ride with pregnancy sickness, but she felt good throughout the wedding day. It was lovely to see them relax and talk about the bump as we took some relaxed portraits.

They were announced back into the Barn for the speeches and then dinner was served. They had the most delicious BBQ platters (highly recommend checking out Sticky Fig Catering if you’re looking for food for an event).

The evening

The evening entertainment was over in the marquee. More guests arrived to celebrate the newly weds and lots of people relaxed out on the lawn as the sun went down.

After dark, there was plenty of dancing and some sparklers for fun. Guests tucked into tasty pizzas and let their hair down in our photo booth. There was a really relaxed tone to the night.
