WILL AND BEX’S WEDDING
These two got ready just a few minutes drive apart in their parents houses. Will and the guys had a Bucks Fizz version of beer pong to get the day going, while Bex and her girls had time for pampering from hair and make up. We were joined by the loveliest videographer we’ve ever met- Ste Park.
Huge letter lights spelled out “I DO” behind Will & Bex as they exchanged their vows. Their former youth leader was full of personal stories about this pair with embarrassing photos to prove his point. We love that he spoke so deeply about them and their love for Jesus. Then, while the wedding party signed the register in the room next door their friend took the mic to sing some songs they’d requested. They left the ceremony in a flutter of confetti cannons and led their guests to the next room for champagne.
They arrived at Allerton Manor in their beautiful wedding camper van. How cute is it that Will carried his bride to our photo spot so that she could keep her dress clean? Their close family and the bridal party joined them for a few photos before we headed back to the rest of the guests for a quick ice-cream.
They had their speeches before dinner with Bex’s Dad starting things off. We love a good prop and he had plenty- from a child’s booster seat to help her see in the car to a luggage weighing scale to help him keep to their luggage allowance. Will spoke with sincere gratitude before handing over to both his best men to end things on a more embarrassing note.
After dinner more friends arrived for the evening’s celebrations. The crowd were well on board lots of dancing and loved the band (which included Bex’s sister-in-law). There was an epic conga and even some broom limbo.
The night ended in a cloud of smoke as the crowd gathered to wave Will & Bex off with sparklers.
