We love this family. We go way back with Louisa’s side and are happy to have added Martin’s family to this merry gang. Lapstone Barn in the Cotswolds provided the most perfect back drop for their celebrations.

Louisa got ready upstairs at the barn with her gorgeous bridesmaids and mum. [I’m totally biased but ] The sweetest flower girl in all the land arrived and raised the excitement levels. Also a special shout out to Louisa’s bridesmaid who couldn’t join us because she was isolating but spent the whole day Zooming us to witness the key moments.

From their window, we could watch the guys arrive to finish the setup and get themselves ready.

Their lapstone barn wedding ceremony

Sorelli Assemble played as Louisa and her Dad walked down the aisle together. She greeted everyone as she entered the room and the crowd chuckled at her excitement. The laughs continued as they giggled their way through the vows.

Afterwards they nipped out the front with just a few family members for a religious blessing. Then headed back into the courtyard to the rest of the guests and a flurry of confetti and champagne!

There were lawn games and countryside views to enjoy and even a spot of hide and seek with the younger guests. We took some relaxed group shots in the gorgeous groups of Lapstone and had a little wander with Martin & Louisa for some shots of the two of them.

We arrived back after guests had sat down ready for the new Mr & Mrs to be announced into the wedding breakfast. Goodness me, these were some heartfelt, beautiful speeches.

The summer’s evening relaxed into more games and chatting outside. Then the dancefloor, photo booth and evening food raised the energy level back to the roof. It was a proper good party.
