Peter and Caroline’s WEDDING at the old Library, Digbeth Birmingham
Ready for a really beautiful, perfectly small wedding in the heart of Birmingham? This one’s a proper treat.
We loved this smaller celebration, it felt like we could really meet everyone at the wedding. With just 15 people in the room, Peter and Caroline could have proper chats with them all.
An intimate wedding at the Old Library, Digbeth
We met Pete and his best man at the Custard Factory before he went to talk to Tom the registrar. The ladies kept out of sight in that gorgeous dress.
The ceremony was simple and beautiful in the setting of the Old Library with the field florals around the aisle. Then we headed out into the street for confetti and a few group photos before making our way to Nomad for canapes (which were delicious! Shout out to the incredible Aretsi Event Catering)
We went for a wander around Digbeth for some urban wedding photos full of the area’s famous graffitti.
their wedding breakfast in the Old Library
We moved back to The Old Library for a family-style meal around one big table. A few guests stood up to give informal speeches and toasts. It felt like a really special meal to be part of. We ended the celebration with the cake cutting which was the perfect way to finish off this informal gathering.
